Time to cut the polycarbonate to fit the door openings. I found that I can use my stomp shear for the straight cuts and it worked out great! The issue is when I ordered the windows I had to give them measurements to cut the sizes. Shipping was much cheaper that a full 4x8 sheet. Even though I fudged a bit to give me some extra, I didn’t account for the window being a trapezoid, leaving a gap on two of the four corners. So, it was either spending another $250 for two windows (I could use the main window for the one below the handle) or I needed a solution. The difference was only about ¾ of an inch.
