Brief Description: Cutting and Fitting the D Windows
I was able to take some time and cut the TEC2000 polycarbonate windows for the rear. It was pretty easy as I had made a template out of plastic corrugated board when I made the window frames. I traced it out, cut it on the band saw and smoothed out the edges. They fit just fine with the exception of the channel being a bit too wide. I’ll just have to make a thin spacer and put that in when the windows go in for the last time.
