Well, a disheartening day. I made two really nice door panels…and they took some time. They looked good but something was off. For whatever reason I was going to end up paying “stupid tax”. The doors just wouldn’t overlap just right and then it dawned on me. I had used .032 sheet instead of .025! Could I have used the .032 skins? Sure, but they are pretty heavy already and the .032 just made them that much more on the hefty side. The good news is I have two very good patterns to transfer to .025.
