I decided to knock out a project that had been hanging out there for quite a while and that is to cut the fabric out of the middle of the tail inspection cover frames and install the nutplates. Easier said than done! It wasn’t hard, just very tedious. The dimple die on my rivet squeezer could only access about half of the holes, so I had to use my dies that use a pop-rivet gun. The dies work, but it is a time-consuming process.
