When spraying my wing tips I accidentally brushed up against one in the paint booth. I was SO bummed because they really looked great. I shot a bit more paint over the area with the hope that it would flow out, but it didn’t…at least not enough. Today I had some extra time to fiddle with it. I wet-sanded the area and gradually got it pretty smooth. I then polished it with a drill and a pad I had saved from a 3M headlight polishing kit. I think it turned out really well.
