Brief Description: Flap and Aileron Fabric Part 10
I’ve reached the end of my covering saga with the aileron. I marked out the location of the drain grommets and drilled the holes. Believe me, I double checked the location! After drilling the holes I glued the plastic drain grommets in place and they stick REALLY well! I then cut out the reinforcing doilies out of 2in pre-shrunk tape using the template I had made. Everything worked out great and now the aileron is ready for paint, along with the rest of the parts.
