Brief Description: Pilot Side D Window Trim Part 1
One thing that has been bugging me for a LONG time is trying to figure out how to terminate the front of the pilot’s side D window. I went through lots of ideas, but finally settled on a beaded piece of trim to match the rest of the window. I played around quite a bit with the bead roller as I had to make some really sharp turns, especially at the bottom. So, after my second try at a real part I actually got it, even freehand! Jim was in the shop so he turned the crank of the roller which made it all possible. Now to tease and finesse it into place and make it look pretty.
