I put a 2x6 about 8ft long on my rolling cart and wrapped it in plastic. I cut the 60ft roll of fiberglass into 10 6ft pieces and folded them nicely on the cart. Using gloves, resin and a throwaway 2in chip brush I wet out a layer of glass, put it in place and then repeated the process 10 times. Turns out the glass strips couldn’t follow the contour all the way around and I had to cut the pieces about 2/3rds the way around. I would stagger these joints left/right until I was out of glass. Now to take a break and let the epoxy set.
