UPS was right on time, I got my PETG plastic sheets today! I set everything up and pulled the first lens with the new mold treatment. Even though it wasn’t completely distortion-free, it was much better than the first one. I did one more and I’m more than satisfied with the result. Paul – 2, lenses – 0.
I really learned a lot in the process, but I would never do it again. It took a TREMENDOUS amount of time! Way too much, but it's done and time to move on.
