Well, I cut the plastic free of the mold and all in all I am happy for the result. It didn’t get as smooth as I had hoped. Even with the micro balloon filler there was still a tiny bit of weave showing. Good enough to use, but I need to wait to make the other side as I only had one piece of PETG. With the COVBID-19 going on any clear plastic sheeting is in high demand. Amazon was out, so I waited and today Grainger had some 12x24 .118 thick pieces available. I put two on order and they should be here on Monday. That will be it. Whatever turns out after this, it will be good enough.
