Well, I’m glad I waited a day to finish the windshield fit. There were so many fit issues that were counterintuitive my brain hurts. But, in the end I got them all resolved. The one issue that remained was the bottom curve of the wing root section of the windshield. With the top and leading edge aligned, the bottom wasn’t. But, with some tweaking it could be made right. The flanges were over-center making them stand proud of the wing skin line. That needs to be fixed.
