Here are some pictures of the plates to be put in the nose ribs. The narrower plates hold the bulkhead fittings. The jig is to make sure they fit! All the holes are the same. The drill jig is made out of an old rib that I had from the horizontal stab. The folded sides make it self-aligning in a hole and makes it MUCH easier to match the holes. They were a bit tricky to drill and needed my 45deg and 90deg air drills.
