I pulled the mold off the table. Using some popsicle sticks and compressed air I was able to coax the part off the mold. I am much happier with this part. It is much more rigid and robust than the previous without much more weight. It will take a bit of sanding, then it will be ready for paint. I can’t wait until I have a lower cowling to try it out on! Wood mold goes back to Mark, time to get busy on the wingtips again.
