Brief Description:  Air Intake Part 6

Well, the second part always is better than the first. This time after the mold prep I made sure the bagging would be how I wanted it. This time I put down four layers of Rutan 8.8 bi-directional cloth. If this isn’t strong, nothing will be short of making a boat hull! The vacuum didn’t pull down immediately, so I fussed with it, now knowing I had oodles of time to work with it. I finally got it to pull 14 inches, more than enough for bagging but not so much to squeeze out all the epoxy. The next day I looked and it was great.
