I stripped the tape off the male molds and now they will be used as the molds for the lenses themselves. I got more pink foam and built up the form, then shaped and sanded. I used the wingtip cutouts as the form to guide me as I took off material. First the surform plane, then the random orbit sander with 120 grit pads. The fine-tuning was done by hand.
