I taped, waxed and coated the inside of the “shelf” molds with PVA. Once that was done, I laid in two layers of cloth followed by a 1/4 in piece of divinycell. The foam then got two more layers of cloth. After that, time for the epoxy to set. Once pretty hard, but not yet completely hardened I used compressed air to part the mold from the pieces and it worked great. After a bit of trimming it was time for a trial fit. It was just what I was looking for! Those pieces will be glued in with 3M 5200, but not just yet. Time to make the forms for the lenses.
