Well. What a total PITA this has turned out to be. Had I known this was going to happen I would have never started. But, here we are.
First, I am making the insert to glass into the wing tip. After this is done, I get to make my own lenses! I shaped the OSB pieces using a cardboard template, cut and shaped the angles. Once done and the backer foam glued on (for a later flange), it was time to put on tape so the fiberglass won’t stick as readily.
