Once the bend was done, time for the top edge. I used 2024T3 1in angle. I tried to shrink it as much as I could using the shrinker, but the alloy is very hard and only bends so much. So, instead of completely forming the radius using the shrinker I cut some 1 inch slits, relieved them, and then was able to form the flange before riveting.
