Brief Description: FIrewall and exhaust tunnel Part 3
Part of the tunnel install is modifying the countersunk fastener nutplates. Since I am flush riveting them in place I have to countersink the rivet holes. All I had to do is modify the countersink die a bit to accommodate the taper of the nutplate. Two squeezes per nutplate and voila, ready to rivet.
