Brief Description:  Fitting the Firewall Part 1

Part of fitting the firewall is to trim the engine mount bushings to size. I purposely left them long when I welded them in so the edges wouldn’t burn. I used a piloted facing mill that I bought on ebay. I made my pilot bushing out of regular rod stock that I turned down on the lathe. It worked perfectly and I was able to maintain a very flat, perpendicular surface and made all the bushings the proper length.
