The pulley bracket for the water rudders is the last piece to the puzzle. I saw this installation on a friend's Super Cub and copied the idea. The plate sits flush to the fabric and the eyebolts get threaded in when the pulley is in use, removed and screws put in place when not. It makes life MUCH easier, especially not having a couple of small tabs poking out of the fabric.
