Well, I saw these latches on Robbie Staton's Bearhawk and really wanted them. After a brief internet search I found the Hendricks latches. http://www.hendricksmfg.com/latchprod.html
Super-expensive, but really cool looking and high quality. Apparently RV builders buy these along with others so I didn't want the Bearhawk to be left out in the cold. I ordered a set and they came in really quickly. Immediately I played around with them trying to find out how to mount the darn things, where on the door, etc, etc. I finally settled on a simple method for mounting and a good location where they would be easy to operate, yet out of the way. I took some .040 plate and made some angle mounting brackets. Now to weld the brackets in place.
