After finish welding the doors I carefully installed the piano hinge full length and then checked for alignment. After much tweaking and eyeballing, I finally came up with a look that I think will do just fine. I mounted the nutplates in the top door mounts and secured it all with screw. I'm really, really happy as to how they turned out. Next to fabricate and install is the door latch.
