Brief Description:  Rudder LED Tail LIght Modification Part 2

It was an easy fix, just tedious. I didn’t want to recreate the wheel by making a complete new part so I looked for an alternative. I carefully used a Dremel cutoff wheel to cut out the cup part of the tail light holder. I found a piece of 4130 tubing that was the right size for the light and cut off a chunk and it fit right in. The welding was difficult, but no idea why. Maybe my mojo wasn’t working that day, but it was a rather difficult weld to make. But, it turned out just fine. I had to use a sanding wheel to get all the weld scale out of the center and the tube did distort a bit, but the light fits fine now.
