This step was to get the mounting plate and wing skin match-drilled for rivets and boring a big hole in the wing skin for the pitot mast. One thing to mention, because everything isn't exactly symmetrical, I made sure the plate joggle was facilng the correct way for installation when marking the hole for the pitot mast. Worked great!
