This was another part that took a bit of work as I had to re-make the pivot bracket. I didn't compensate for the bends so the first batch were about 1/8th too short. Fortunately I am an expert in remaking parts so it didn't take too long to make another set. I marked the travel needed on the square tube and cut the slots accordingly. Once that was done, I lined up the pivot at the proper distance top to bottom and tacked the brackets in place. I then finish welded them in place and welded on the tab to the pivot arm. It fits really well, so time to move on to the door brace channels and the locking rods.
