I found a solution that worked great! I have extruded aluminum stringers and they are relatively wide. I decided to notch the offending side to bring it in about the same distance the door template was off. After fiddling with re-arching the stringer and some work with the air grinder I was able to bring in the lower left stringer enough to compensate for the error I had made by not planning ahead a few years ago. It worked! As a matter of fact it looks like I planned it that way. The cargo door template looks great and the sides are symmetrical again. Happy day! On to making the door frame…
