Well, after quite a bit of thinking, I decided to get busy and at least make the hinges for the cargo door. I first made a fit template for the back two hinge points that confirmed the fit from the back door sill to the 5/8ths vertical tube. I also made four blanks of the hinge points that are welded to the cargo door, but then I stopped from grinding them to shape. Those four points rely directly on the spacing I’m going to put between the door sills and the tubing for the door. So, I can’t really make those until the spacing is established and the door is mocked up. Time for more fitting of door tubing!
