One of the things I haven't yet noodled out is the rear window frames. All I really know is I don't want to do it like the plans show! I had an old Harbor Freight bead roller I got with a bunch of other stuff at auction. It had only one set of dies, but I'm fortunate that the dies are the ones I need to put a joggle in sheet metal. I put each die in the lathe and put a radius on each so it wouldn't crack the metal frames. I believe Eric Newton did the same, although there are no pictures of his equipment. I did a trial piece and it seems to work great, putting a 1/8th inch joggle in the metal. Now all I have to decide is whether I'll make it in steel or aluminum..
