It's hard working on the project when the weather outside has been so nice, but I try to get in there for an hour or two some days. Next step is to put on the fuselage stringers. A long time ago I traced a pattern from Rob Taylor’s project of his stringer mount. I got it out and used that as a guide to bend the T8 tube for the front. Once that was done, I fit the tube to the front of the vertical stab. Once I was satisfied with the fit, I welded the U-shaped mount to the front. I used .040 instead of .032 here because it has two stringers that end into the mount, as a little extra beef would be welcome here.
