Not much to say...it's done. I used a bar to adjust the height of the 1/4 inch piece of aluminum so it aligned with the shape of the wing. I tacked the two ends, then put a few clamps along the length of the channel and tacked it in the middle. I finish welded it with 1/2 inch welds about every three inches. That will be more than enough to hold it in place. Onward!
