This was an interesting day. It's not easy doing all the bends, compensating for the different angles and having a straight door sill on the outside. I now have even more respect for sheetmetal workers! To make matters worse, I messed up so much on other parts, I have just enough .040 4130A to finish the sills. Needless to say I double, triple and quadruple-checked all the measurements before doing any cutting, trimming or fitting. It was a very slooooow process, but it turned out really well. Now to do the other side, then weld it in place.
