I started out making the front piece of the bottom cargo door threshold by making a template out of an old file folder (remember those?) to fit the inside of the right aft door former. After measuring, bending and cutting, I fit the end and slid it into place. After a bit of finessing, it looks like a good fit. Not much else to say other than the .040 is tough to bend in a 4ft brake!
