Lots of fiddling today, but all in all not too bad. I was able to get the other front door former made and it came out nice. I also started on the back door former for the left side. Unfortunately, I bent the flange the wrong way! That will teach me to be distracted. Spare metal for the stringer formers I guess. I'll make another, but I have to borrow a friend's brake to do the job. I'll pick it up tomorrow.
In the meantime, I also spent some time to make a press block for the .032 U-clips. They get welded onto a length of tubing and that makes up the stringer stand-offs.
