I set the radius of the press block using a home-made radius gage. I drilled a 9/32 hole (.281) in some sheet stock and cut away the sides, leaving a gage with the proper bend radius for .090 4130N. I welded the relieved shoulder pieces and it's ready for making parts. It took a long time to make the blocks for such a simple operation, but it's for a critical piece of the project...the main wing mounts!
