Well. this is a combination post of a lot of tiny bits of work into the fuselage. Once summer hit, it's been a struggle trying to get shop time, bu ti finally happened...I fit the last tubes in the fuselage! Now, after all that it's a good once-over to make four good tacks at each cluster and take it out fo the jig for finish welding.
I had quite a pain in the rear fitting the top center cluster. It was way more difficult than I imagined and out of the six original tubes I cut, I had to redo two of them. It was the top center motor mount bushing smack-dab in the middle of eight tubes coming in at odd angles that gave me fits. No matter, if the drops are too short to use somewhere else, I can always use the tubes to practice welding.
