Well...nothing like a good night's sleep to recharge the brain cells.
Since this is a critical place of measurement on the fuselage, I decided to jig the door sills in place. Last night nothing was making sense, so I slept on it and came up with this. I made sure the tubes were level to the fuselage, both ways. To do this I added a one by on the back side (close to Station D-N) and made all the measurements to make it accurate. Then, I dropped a plumb-bob from the top so I could establish a reference point for the 36 1/2 inch measurement for Station C-S. This is where the door sills bow out, then make the transition up to Station D-N.
