Fluted nose ribs for flaperon. Clecoed spar ribs skin and couterbalance together and match drilled outer hole into couter balance. Removed and deburred. Riveted outbd nose ribs to couterbalance and then clecoed back together. Match drilled called out holes into counter balance and nose ribs
