Brief Description:  Seat Back Attach Hardware

Started building the parts that will support the back of the seats. This requires building a shim, a cover piece of aluminum, putting a 4 degree bend in that piece, and then cutting a piece of aluminum angle to size and fitting them on top of the bulkhead (pic 2). Took a bit of reading the plans to figure out the dimensions and placement of all of the parts and where to drill the holes. Once the pieces were cut to size I had to put a slight (4 degree) bend in the cover piece (pic 3) using a homemade bending brake. Then I placed the pieces (starting with the shim, then the cover piece) on the bulkhead and match drilled them. The angles are cut but not drilled or pictured.
