Brief Description: Attache Aleron push rod assembly and adjust flight
Clamped main flight control to center postion left to right and neutural forward and aft. Connected the push rod assemblies for both left and right alerons. Set bell crank to neutural with the bell crank jig. Adjust push rod bearings so that they match the neutural postion of the jig. Checked up and down angles. As a second check I pulled out the aleron jig that I used to set the alerons to a neutural postion in reference to the wing root. Bolted on the jig and adjusted the push rod bearings again to center based on the jig. (Right aleron is 27 degrees up angle and 21 degrees down angle) (Left aleron is 32 degrees up angle and 20 degrees down angle) Both angle range is within the listed specifications for up angle and down angle and full range
Cut flap push rod tube. Drilled out both push rod ends for tapping. Tapped one of the push rods.
