After carefuly taking the elevators and rudder out of the storage shelf above the garage door, I set everthing on the work table and stated the excitement of attaching control surfaces.
While preparing to bolt on the left elevator I set the elevator leaning against the saw horse while I grabed the needle nose pliers to insert the bolt. The elevator fell and with a 2 lb counter weight it wrinkled the trailing edge of the elevator. Putting me into a state of depression.
After regaining my composure finished bolting on both elevators, I went and pulled up my old drawings, page 4 and 5 to make a shopping list.
