Brief Description: Bulkhead assembly

Bolted seat rails and torqued to specfication. Rivet center spacers on aft bulkhead Rivet the two nutplates in center section. Cut/built the spar spacer for bulhead matching. Match drilled the flange between the two bulkheads. Debured bulkheads and reassembled. (ran out of time. I think I will need to disassemble one more time to cut seat lug spacers down 3/32 +/-
