Brief Description:  Aft Fuse Sides

SNX-F25
Placed Left aft fuselage longerons to skin; drilled and cleco'd. Important to leave a 0.025" space between the lower longeron and the bottom of the skin so that when the bottom skin is placed it will butt evenly. I used a scrap piece of 0.025 as a spacer and all worked well. All vertical channels placed and drilled (piloted to40's). The forward most channel is really confounding as it is difficult to orient correctly.
The splice plates ( two upper and two lower) are also a bit confusing but ultimately, the correct positioning becomes obvious as you put them together.
Added rudder stop plate.

SNX- F26
All parts are made.
Layout of the right aft fuselage skin; channel placements drawn. Cut out 4" inspection hole and cable exit slot. Used the fly cutter on my hand drill as there was really no simple way to position my drill press adequately. Next time, I will find a way to use the press. The fly cutter on hand drll... not so safe.
Made 14 degree bend in right aft fuselage skin.
