With winter around the corner had to take my shop apart to make room for the family mini-van. I had no choice but to disassemble my large worktable and store it away. I am going to miss that. Put in some smaller workbenches.
The most radical thing was the removal of a wall at the rear of the garage (use to be a darkroom of some sort- most recently my paint room). This was only way I could get the entire airplane in and still have room to work. Only cut out part of the wall leaving doorway intact to make my life easier when I replace it in the spring.
This really does open up the area and is well worth the effort. Now I have a nice area for the plans as well.
