Dimpled and countersunk the Aft Tunnel parts. Unfortunately, the row of holes next to the angle was to close to allow access by my micro-stop counter sink tool. I did that row by eye. Reassembled but without riveting just yet as plans direct you to wait. I did.
Made the 5 degree bend in the lower forward skin.
Fabricated and bent the F15-5 angles which is attached the to the rudder pedal mount. More countersinks. Assembled the F15-03R and 03L assemblies. Deburred, scotch brite, etched and allodined then reassembled and placed the CCP-44 flush rivets.
Fabricated F15-15; Flap drive blocks. Made from raw phenolic stock. Reamed to accept 1" tube.
Assemble parts for F14.
I need to plan my cowling installation to see what changes have to be made here. I am planning to split my cowl laterally. Why? I think it will make servicing my engine simplier, it does away with few hinge pieces, and because I like it.
