Brief Description:  Alignment of Right wing

Braced main and aft spar to achieve the prescribed distance of 19 inches between aft spar attachment and alignment hole. Used some "non-airworthy" alumininum angle from Home Depots aircraft department (who knows what this stuff really is anyway). The bracing and measuring rig looks a bit Rube Golberg (sp?) like but it is effective. Very secure and the 19 inch distance is locked in.

I discovered that when I drilled the spar caps/webs together I inadvertly drilled the top and bottom rib pilot hole up to accept an AD5 solid rivet (#21 drill size). Did not appreciate that this was going to be a CCP pulled rivet. Therefore, I now have an oversized hole; actually, two per rib. I will have to use an appropriately sized AD5 solid rivet here. Not a crisis but will cost me some extra time and effort. I did the same thing to the left spar so.... there goes another few hours.
