Had a brief break as I had jury duty and a long work weekend, etc.,etc.,etc.
Dimpled main spar web. Used my C-Arm set-up from Cleveland Tools. Very nice. Countersunk the Center Spar Web. Used a micro-stop tool chucked in the drill press. The main web is flush riveted (these are not pulled but conventionally driven rivets) towards the root end. The web is .032 and thus is dimpled. These dimples must sit within countersunk holes in the substantially thicker .125 center spar web. These countersunk holes are so nice it's a shame that the dimpled main web will cover them.
