Lay -out and cut right and left aft wing spar. Numerous cut-outs. The nibbler was very valuable; just very slow. Lay-out all rib stations. This channel material has flanges with two differing angles; pay close attention here. Made channel jig with wing rib pilot holes so that all would be uniform and exact; quick work. Placed and drilled splice plates. Rear spar assembly is completed right and left. Next- tear down, clean, debur, and corrosion proofing and then...I can rivet.
Note that the left and right spars are different at the attach plate.
