These things are hard to get to. Fabricated spring end pieces and placed upon rudder pedals. They were on and off a few times until the adjustment was satisfactory.
Also fabricated a bracket (just an angle actually) for my SP-3 sensor -electronic compass for the Enigma. Need to isolate this from any magnetic influence. I'm leaning towards putting it at the first bulkhead in the aft fuselate. There is no hardware or electronics in that area. Although I was thinking that I would put the ELT antenna somewhere in that vicinity but it's not like the ELT will be transmitting while I'm flying that compass.
