My instuments finally came. I bought an MGL Enigma and V10 Radio. There is an additional 2 1/4 inch G-Meter, Elt remote and numerous switches. Also will have a few legend lights as warnings. Layed out the panel but am holding off on the cutting for now.
I will not be doing the simplistic electrical system which Sonex LLC has on the plans. I have spent the last year working on this plan and feel confident in it's design.
Fabricated my main battery leads. This was entertaining and easy. It's nice to do them yourself as the lengths are ideal.
Also installed my main F/W ground bus. I'm using the B&C forrest of tabs thingy. I made an additional panel ground bus and have wired that directly the the main lead on the forrest.
I have the material for the grounding straps but will wait to see exactly where these will go.
Also, Installed my cabin heat box. Fabricated a diffuser on the cabin side to deflect the air to my feet. The picture makes it look crooked but it is not.
